Now there is a website to find out. It is called www.CoworkerSalaries.com. This is a new website I just found.

The concept is this: Post anonymous the name, company and salary of the people you want to list on the website.

I am not too sure about this.. legally speaking. What happens when people Google their names and see their salaries? That can be scary.

The website owner says that he created the website to create a level playing field for employees. Why should one employee who works less get more money? Coworker Salaries also says that once you find out which companies pay the best, people should then apply to those companies. The website can also let you know which companies you should avoid applying to… as in.. they pay low.
